Service was exceptional! Shaun took my call, got me an appointment on really short notice and I (During the height of summer-BUSY) and didn't make me feel like a pain in the ass. This sportster is an 013 and only had about 650 miles on it. I ordered a new battery and just the factory recommended service. Got it back and it rides like a new bike!
